Indications of Maxical-DX Tablet
This combination is used to treat osteoporosis, osteomalacia, rickets, tetany, and parathyroid disorders, among other things. Calcium supplements are frequently used to guarantee proper dietary intake in situations like pregnancy and breastfeeding, osteogenesis and tooth formation (as an addition to definitive treatment), and anti-seizure medication therapy. Dosage & Administration of Maxical-DX Tablet
Calcium 500 mg and Vitamin D3 200 IU Tablet: 2 tablets daily or 1 tablet twice daily. It is best taken with or just after a meal to improve absorption.

Interaction of Maxical-DX Tablet
It may interact with antacids containing calcium, aluminum, or magnesium, calcitriol, and other vitamin D3 supplements; digoxin, tetracycline, doxycycline, minocycline, or oxytetracycline; and digoxin, tetracycline, doxycycline, minocycline, or oxytetracycline.
Contraindications of Maxical-DX Tablet
Hypercalcaemia, hyperthyroidism, renal calculi and nephrolithiasis, and Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome are all contraindications.
Side Effects of Maxical-DX Tablet
It is well tolerated by the majority of people. If you have any side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, dry mouth, increased thirst, or excessive urination while taking this medication, tell your doctor. Constipation is a possibility.
